I wouldnt touch a chineese scooter at all - but thats just my opinion - on the other hand, because of everyone buying a cheap brand new chineese scoot, theres LOADS of decent second hand scooters nowadays!

Why dont you look at the Aprilia Habana or similar!

I remember now, look out for a Habana and the Aprilia Mojito!

I'll ask around for a cheap Habana as theres quite a few in MK

If it means anything to ya, i have ridden a Tommy, and theyre 'ok'

Expect the chrome to peel off and the exhaust to rust in 3 months, but if your stripping it down im sure you aint bothered!

Thats the look i'm goin for, want to put in a centre tank, drop the seat level put in 2 bobber seats and fabricate a front and rear mudguard.

dubious about the tommy but may be the cheeper option.
