engine backing off the revs

hi guys got an annoying problem.... have replaced the degaser tank on my vx... thats the little white tank above the main petrol tank, put al the pipes back on and now when i reach speeds of 60 and over the engine revs dye off for about 20-30 secs then it picks back up again, this happens 2 0r 3 times back and forward to work... baffled to know wot is wrong as everything woz running fine untill the change..... any ideas.... thanks.

could be fuel starvation or pipes have a kink in em!
